Britney Ogonda is an Audit & Business Advisory Intern with experience in internal, external, and forensic audit. She has a strong background in evaluating control frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and donor regulations, particularly in NGO-funded projects. She is skilled in analyzing financial data, identifying risks, and supporting organizations in maintaining strong internal controls and regulatory compliance. Since November 2025, Britney has been working at Keldine and Co. LLP where she supports external project audits for NGO-implemented initiatives. Her responsibilities include verifying expenditure eligibility, performing substantive testing, reviewing financial records, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements and auditing standards. Previously, she worked at Safaricom Plc from May 2025 to October 2025, where she assisted in enterprise-wide risk assessments, internal control reviews, and audit documentation. She also applied data analytics to support root-cause analysis and develop recommendations for improving internal processes.
