Yvonne is a Senior Associate in the Tax & Legal Department with two years of experience across multiple areas of tax and law, including Corporate Practice, Dispute Resolution, Tax Law, Commercial Law, Employment Law, Oil and Gas, Real Estate Law, and Banking and Finance Law. Her expertise covers tax compliance, tax consultancy, indirect tax advisory services, and commercial transactions. Since September 2023, Yvonne has been with Keldine and Co. LLP, where she supports companies across various sectors in managing their tax and legal affairs. She plays a leading role in legal advisory services and is particularly strong in handling commercial transactions. She has built a reputation for delivering timely contract reviews, advising clients on contractual risks and compliance issues, conducting legal research, and supporting dispute resolution processes. In her current role, she serves as the Associate in charge of Legal Advisory Services. Previously, Yvonne worked at Ashitiva Advocates LLP from 2022 to June 2023, where she provided legal consulting in Corporate and Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Oil and Gas Law, Real Estate, and Banking and Finance Law. She specialized in taxation and commercial transactions, including tax compliance and consultancy, indirect tax advisory, legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, memoranda of understanding (MoUs), consultancy agreements, employment law matters, and company law.
